Our special 3-week Intensive Progressive courses are designed to get you fast track into zouk and deep dive into the concepts and foundations that makes Zouk the sensual smooth and playful dance style.

What to expect by the end of the 4 week course:
- Make new friends
- Groove comfortably at the social
- Leaders learning a handful of moves to start Social dancing
- Followers learns the concepts of how to follow, and adding styling to your dance
- Beginners course - Fast track your Zouk. We'll teach you several moves and lots of techniques to lead and follow better. And really starting to enjoy the elements that Zouk has to offer. October course, we will cover Beginner Block A (trendy move and variations of turns, spins, lateral, wraps and bonus)
- Intermediate course - October Intensive will focus on Spins and counterbalance. Learn how to maintain balance and control of those movements and learn how to be creative with these beautiful elements.

5:00pm - 30min practica
