Our special 3-week Intensive Progressive courses are designed to get you fast track into zouk and deep dive into the concepts and foundations that makes Zouk the sensual smooth and playful dance style.

What to expect by the end of the 4 week course:
- Make new friends
- Groove comfortably at the social
- Leaders learning a handful of moves to start Social dancing
- Followers learns the concepts of how to follow, and adding styling to your dance
- Beginners course - Fast track your Zouk. We'll teach you several moves and lots of techniques to lead and follow better. And really starting to enjoy the elements that Zouk has to offer. September Course, we will cover beginner block B (Master the art of bodymovements, using this skill to start the dance and to play with music in between the dance, adding grooves and making it all yummy! We will also cover abertura and wrap foundations and variations)
- Intermediate course - September intensives focus will be on Tilted turns. Head movements is such a beautiful and elegant aspect of Zouk. Leaders will understand how to lead this movement comfortably and smoothly, with different variations to play with. And followers will learn how to make this movement look elegant and key concepts on how to follow this movements safely. We will also focus on some awe-inspiring spins.
